Registrant Information

How do I rollover my conference registration?

  • A rollover of your registration is processed automatically and unless you want a refund, no further action is required. 
  • No cancellation fees will be assessed.
  • You will be able to make changes to your conference registration (i.e. changing the name of participants if needed) at a later date. 
  • Learning Lab registrations will also be rolled over to 2022 conference.
  • The conference to which your rollover is applied is based on the primary area of interest you selected during the registration process – process or knowledge. If an alternative primary area of interest was selected, you will be contacted via email. 
  • The rollover is valid for the next conference year only and incorporates the pricing and cancellation and refund policy in effect for the 2022 conference.
     

How do I cancel my registration?

  • If you desire to cancel registration, you must submit in writing to confregistration@apqc.org  by September 15, 2021
  • You will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.
  • There is not capability to cancel your registrations online. Please email confregistration@apqc.org to cancel. 
  • Registrations that were unpaid or complimentary will be canceled automatically and no further action is necessary.
     

How do I cancel my hotel reservation?

  • Any reservation made at the Westin Houston, Memorial City has been automatically canceled by the property. 
    • Please watch for a cancellation confirmation from them. 
    • If you do not receive a cancellation, please use the information in your hotel confirmation to contact the hotel.
    • Alternatively, contact the Westin hotel by phone: 1 888 236 2427 or +1 281-501-4300.
  • If you made a reservation for a hotel other than the Westin, use the information in your hotel confirmation email to cancel your reservation.
     

What about my Learning Lab workshop options?

  • Learning Lab registrations will also be rolled over to 2022 conference.
  • The learning lab workshop schedule will be revised for 2022, and we will announce the new schedule when it is available.

Learning Labs

Will there be an opportunity to receive the training from the Learning Lab Workshops?

  • We are currently assessing feasibility of alternatives to face-to-face for the content that would have been delivered for the Learning Lab Workshops at the 2021 Conference.
    • We will communicate with our audience if, and when, learning lab workshop alternatives are determined to be feasible.
    • Pricing will be indicated at the time of announcement. 
  • Learning lab Workshops are individually priced separately from the conference.

Conference Content

Will there be an opportunity to learn from the speakers and their content that was going to be presented at the 2021 conference?

  • We are currently assessing feasibility of alternatives to face-to-face delivery for the content that would have been delivered at the 2021 Conference.
  • We will communicate with our audience and on our conference website pages when alternatives are known.
  • Will there be a fee? We will provide the pricing information, if any, in our announcement.

2022 Events

When is the next APQC conference?

  • There will not be another APQC Conference scheduled for 2021.
  • The 2022 Knowledge Management (KM) Conference is scheduled for the week of May 9 – 13, 2022 at the Westin, Memorial City in Houston, Texas.
  • The 2022 Process & Performance Management Conference is scheduled for the week of October 10 – 14 at The Houstonian, in Houston, Texas.
     

Where do I find information about the 2022 conferences?

When will information about 2022 events be available?

  • Registration will be open for the 2022 Knowledge Management Conference in the fourth quarter 2021 and for the 2022 Process and Performance Management Conference in second quarter 2022. 
  • 2022 schedule: Our preliminary schedule will be posted in the 4th quarter, 2021. We will adjust the schedule as more information is available.
  • 2022 speakers:
    • Call for breakout presentations for the 2022 Knowledge Management Conference is currently scheduled for September/October, and we will assess the timeline as that date draws closer.
    • Call for breakout presentations for the 2022 Process and Performance Management Conference will be announced in 1st quarter 2022. 
    • Keynote speakers: We will announce our 2022 keynotes as the schedule develops.
