Organizations utilize frameworks for a variety of reasons and in a variety of ways. This roundtable will be a facilitated conversation on how organizations are using process frameworks, the common adoption practices, implementation practices, and the challenges involved.
Some of the topics will include (but aren’t limited to):
- What is your approach to process governance?
- What is the primary reason for having a framework?
- What challenges have you experienced implementing a framework?
- What framework do you use, if any? Or why do you not use a framework?
