Knowledge Management Support Call: Setting Objectives


APQC hosts monthly support calls to help you learn how your organization can participate in APQC’s Knowledge Management Capability Assessment Tool (KM CAT). The KM CAT provides a way to measure and evaluate your KM program and compare to your peers. New this year, each call will focus on one of the 12 capabilities that drive KM maturity.

During this month's call, Cindy Hubert, APQC's executive director of client solutions, will:

  • Discuss capability #1: setting knowledge management objectives
  • Introduce the Knowledge Management Capability Assessment Tool and answer questions you may have about completing it
  • Show how organizations are using the results from the assessment
  • Share how your organization can be recognized as having Excellence in KM
