Driving Sustainable Process Improvement through Organizational Alignment
Opportunities to solve business problems always exist. Too often, however, employees struggle to address business problems and if they do find a solution, the sustainability of those improvements can be short-lived. This results in a disengaged organization, as employees grow weary of applying effort to a situation that is not improving, and thereby erodes the value that could be realized from process optimization. What can be done?
Join APQC on Thursday, May 24th to hear Stacey Vokrot-Mello, business process optimization lead at Cargill discuss how to create sustainable process optimization through organizational alignment. She will share concrete examples across projects of varying size and scope, as well as from a lens of both practitioner and senior leader. These examples will illustrate the importance of accountability, and strategic insights on achieving alignment and creating a working environment that facilitates continuous cycles of improvement.
Participate in this session to learn:
- a business leadership approach to sustaining a continuous improvement culture, and
- how to achieve ongoing results from process optimization efforts.
