As we kick off 2018, many knowledge management (KM) programs are focused on planning for the year ahead. In this webinar, APQC Executive Director Cindy Hubert and Senior Advisor Darcy Lemons will describe a practical approach for developing and executing KM strategies. APQC will share commonly used terms that are often misunderstood during the strategic planning process, as well as best practices for engaging the right people to take action that will lead to alignment, agility, and accountability. The call will end with an overview of APQC’s KM agenda for 2018, including upcoming research and membership offerings.
