Gain Sharing

  • Paid quarterly based on APQC’s financial results per formula to eligible employees who were employed for entire quarter
  • Year-end distribution based on APQC’s financial results per formula to eligible employees who were employed for the entire fourth quarter
  • Calculated based on percentage of gross wages
  • Maximum payout per distribution per quarter is 10 percent

Fitness Club Membership

  • Paid initiation fee and first month’s dues to the sports club of your choice (employee pays monthly dues)

Tuition Reimbursement

  • Up to $1,000 annually per employee with manager approval
