Advanced Working Groups

For experienced practitioners and organizations with strong process or knowledge management programs in place, APQC forms Advanced Working Groups (AWGs) to tackle challenging subject matter and develop new, innovative approaches.

Led by APQC’s Advisory Services experts over a six-month period, participants create and test frameworks, models, white papers, and tools on the next big themes and most pressing challenges in an area. The peer group dives into the subject matter via a series of in-person and virtual work sessions. Because participation is limited to senior practitioners, individuals find much comradery and fun in being engaged with like-minded experts.

Through this format, APQC and our members are able to develop solutions for their organizations and create substantial thought leadership for the community.
