Chris Gardner, APQC
Chris Gardner is director of performance improvement and is responsible for APQC’s performance measurement and process management practice. He is in-charge of APQC’s measurement-oriented research and helps manage APQC’s global benchmarking database. Gardner and his team are also responsible for delivering unique approaches focused on development of measures and performance scorecards, benchmarking, and process improvement methodologies. In addition, he supports all practice areas in serving their clients in the improvement of business processes.
