How It Works
As part of the analyze phase of the SCOR model, SCC members may use SCORmark benchmarking to:

select the supply chain metrics most critical to your organization based on your competitive strategy;

determine the target performance desired for each supply chain attribute in the SCOR model; and
-
enter the relevant data required to calculate the performance for each selected metric into the secure, confidential benchmarking portal.
After you submit your responses, APQC validates the data using its proven seven step validation process and produces a report that spotlights gaps in your targeted performance levels for each supply chain attribute. The report will also include peer group reporting as available.
