When it comes to Enterprise 2.0 tools, efforts to measure return on investment are still in the early stages. Many organizations are tracking activity and adoption rates, rather than impact on strategically important business outcomes. However, APQC recommends that organizations begin to assess impact as soon as possible, even if this is limited to collecting anecdotal success stories that can be shared across the enterprise.
