Training and Development Challenges in 2010

In early 2010, APQC surveyed its members regarding the key human capital management challenges they are facing. According to the results, the issue with which organizations are struggling most is the need to train and develop workers. This article offers APQC's perspective regarding why training and development is a challenge for organizations today and suggests resources that organizations can reference to learn about training and development best practices.
