New Rules for Recruiting

On May 17, 2007, APQC hosted a conference call to kickoff its Collaborative Benchmarking study, Recruiting, Selecting, and Retaining Talent. As part of this call, special advisor, Robert Wendover, managing director, Center for Generational Studies, presented his new rules for recruiting which describe how differently Generation Y or the Millennial Generation approaches the recruiting process compared to previous generations.
