Leveraging Business Processes and Business Capabilities for Transformation Planning at Regis Corporation
To develop a roadmap for Regis' transformation, Regis' new management team leveraged the best of the process and enterprise architecture worlds. Regis started with the APQC Retail PCF and developed a business capability model to support their processes. Regis was then able to develop a variety of views or overlays to help visualize their most pressing needs and priorities.
