Doe Run established an enterprise-wide ePMO in 2006. The ePMO was primarily established to reduce the number of surprises related to projects by improving project delivery. This case study looks at how Doe Run's ePMO is able to maximize the value of Doe Run's portfolio of projects, improve project planning and execution, and provide processes for managing change.
