Improving the Performance Review Process: Stakeholder Interview Guide

This interview guide can be used to improve an organization’s employee performance evaluation process and tools. These questions can be sent to a random selection of performance review stakeholders (typically managers and/or employees) in advance of scheduled interviews so that stakeholders can be prepared for the scheduled discussion. Responses can be compiled and used as recommendations for actions aimed at improving the organization’s performance review process.
