Improving the Performance Review Process: Sample Process Maps

This document contains process maps that were used by an organization to improve its employee performance review process. Other organizations can use this document as an example for how to use process maps—created using software such as Microsoft Office Visio—to depict the current state and to design the desired future state of their performance review processes.
