HR's Role in Change Management: Results from APQC's 2010 Quick Poll

There is room for organizations to improve their change management capabilities and HR is positioned to play a key role in improvement efforts. These are the findings of a short online survey that APQC administered in October of 2010 in conjunction with its Human Capital Management Community Call, HR’s Role in Change Management. Twenty-three individuals, primarily working within the HR function, shared their perspectives and experiences related to HR’s role in change management. Their responses are summarized in this report.
