Five Ideal Future States for Knowledge Management

Knowledge management (KM) leaders must communicate a compelling vision for the future in order for KM efforts to thrive in an organization. At APQC's 2009 KM conference, APQC president Carla O'Dell discussed the five "ideal future results" (as identified by APQC's 2008-2009 KM Advanced Working Group) that can provide the direction necessary to ensure that KM supports the enterprise of the future.
