Embedding Knowledge in the Flow - November 2011 KM Community Call

Many organizations want to embed knowledge management (KM) approaches into the flow of day-to-day work in order to increase KM participation rates and make information available to employees when and where they need it. During this one-hour recording, APQC President Carla O’Dell describes the results of a recent APQC survey on this topic and explains how best-practice organizations integrate knowledge sharing and collaboration into the workflow. She also discusses the three strategic design decisions required to engage executives and employees and make KM a natural part of the way business is done.
