Developing New Hires at ARDEC

One of the U.S. Army Armament Research, Development, and Engineering Center's (ARDEC) five human capital goals is organizational learning. In accordance with this goal, ARDEC offers a number of programs to develop its new hires including training, orientation, onboarding, and internships.
