In 2013, APQC conducted a survey on the current state of leadership in today's organizations. The questionnaire asked participants for their opinions regarding their organization's leadership requirements and practices. Five hundred and forty seven individuals submitted completed questionnaires. This free synopsis includes some information on the main participant responses.
