APQC’s annual knowledge management (KM) conference brings together KM thought leaders and practitioners to learn how top organizations are solving problems and improving performance. This collection contains content from APQC's 16th KM conference, which took place on May 12-13, 2011. The first two pieces in the collection are summaries of keynote addresses given by APQC President Carla O'Dell and APQC Executive Director Cindy Hubert. The next two pieces are full-length videos of keynotes by O'Dell and ConocoPhillips' Dan Ranta and Pete Miller. The remainder of the pieces are recordings and slide presentations from the various conference breakout sessions.
