- Calculated based on percentage of gross wages
- Maximum payout per distribution per quarter is 10 percent
Fitness Club Membership
- Paid initiation fee and first month’s dues to the sports club of your choice (employee pays monthly dues)
Tuition Reimbursement
- Up to $1,000 annually per employee with manager approval
